Starting with today’s warm-up game at Adelaide Oval against Australia, Indian bowlers once again looked toothless, as has been the case through the Australian summer and kept leaking runs that eventually left the batsmen with a mountain to climb. Dhoni looked clueless at times when David Warner and Glenn Maxwell were on song. All the tricks of trade that once Dhoni employed to turn things around looked ineffective.
