Nalanda University - Bihar  Nalanda is the name of an ancient university in Bihar, India. Dholavira Site - Gujarat The remains of Dholavira, a major city of the Harappan civilization, were discovered in 1967-68 by J. Joshi. Though hundreds of Harappan sites have been identified in Gujarat.
Meenakshi Temple - Madurai, South India The Meenakshi Temple is nearly 2000 years old and is situated in the city of Madurai, Tamil Nadu. It is a splendid example of Dravidian style of temple architecture.
